1. Order Processing

• After purchase, your order is processed.

• Processing typically takes 1–3 business days before shipping begins.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Store DK offers 2 main shipping categories:

Dropship & Sample Orders

• US-based products: 2–5 business days

Wholesale Bulk Orders

• US products: 5–10 business days

3. Shipping Rates by Weight

(Rates are based on Trendsi’s pricing and may be synced automatically to Shopify)

For Dropship/Sample (US)

• Up to 0.6 lb – $3.99

• Up to 1 lb – $5.99

• Up to 5 lb – $9.99

• Over 5 lb – $14.99

4. Shipping Destinations

• Dropship: USA (including APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, US territories). Also services 26 countries globally. Returns only for US.
  

• Wholesale: Ships worldwide. Rates vary—contact support for specifics.
  

5. Taxes, Duties & Customs

• Orders over $800 (per person/day) may incur customs duties under the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015. These are the retailer’s responsibility, not Trendsi’s.
  

6. Tracking

• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

• Allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in carriers’ systems.

7. Returns

• Dropship (US only): Accepted within 7 days of delivery if items are unworn, with tags and packaging.

• Final sale (non-refundable): Swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, beauty products.
  Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless due to error or damage.
  

• Non-US Dropship orders: No returns. Contact support for quality issues.
  

• Wholesale/Made-to-Order: Only damaged/defective items are eligible for return.
  

8. Holiday/Event Surcharges
